more fuel does not = more power.
more air = more power.
more air = more fuel.
more fuel does not = more air.
If you are running lean then either get a new chip or else try going the FPR way. I would prefer the chip tuning way because it's a more accurate and less ghetto way of doing things in my eyes.
If you are already doing fine fuel wise... you'd just be wasting fuel.
