has this happened to any of you? my sidemirror cover flew off !!

and i know it was secured because i remember just before driving snapping it back out and it didnt jiggle or anything....
while on the freeway i hear something hit my passenger window and see for a split second my sidemirror cover hang there and fly away...holy crap!!...i watched behind as it almost hit a car...hehe....
warranty covered that

oh yea and then my driver side window fell in 3 days later...good god.....what my golf coming too!

nah... not the golf...
the door... the tires/wheels... thats all... ive seen it happen before... lol... j/k...
