Have you installed wind deflectors, and are you glad?
With the roof or the windows opened, my seat is an air tunnel. I have tried opening the rear windows a crack, but it remains a wind tunnel (my seat is pretty far forward).
I have considered having wind deflectors added to the front windows and the sunroof (which might have the added benefit of screening the sun a bit too).
I saw a Jetta with deflectors and they looked crappy--almost paste-on. Perhaps they had been installed wrong or were bought from a cut-rate place, but if they look like that on a Passat, I'll passat on that.
Have you added these to your car? What do they look like installed? Was the installation worth it?
