u sure he has a 2.0?
even if it was a turbo car, BOV are not good for our cars unless you run a recirculating kit, try a Dirverter Valve, we want the excess air to recirculte back into our intake

hard to find a 2003 golf with a 1.8t...(cuz they never made one)
