I finished doing a head-gasket job on my 01 beetle 2.0l4 AEG and was making final checks, when i found that the alternator wasn't charging. I checked the wiring and found no voltage at the 2 little wires coming from the pcm ( these 2 little wires were the wrong colors, so somebody repaired this before). So, from the schematic, I traced the wires back to the pcm and checked it there; it was good. Here's the problem, after back probing at the pcm, the oil pressure light started flashing. Any thoughts? suggestions? did i go wrong somewhere?
