There is too much to put into one paragraph.
go get a tech manual on your engine and read - Bently is the best.
Any questions, come back and ask.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha...way too much information for this forum. Definately go get a Bentley. Of course, you can always just figure it out if you feel up to doing that. The only thing you will need to know is the torque sequence for the head bolts. I would recommend replacing the thermostat and housing while you are in there.
