I can't tell you EXACTLY, but there are a few places where you put a screw driver around the headlights. They look like... I'm not sure what they look like. They're little plastic wheels that a philips screw driver fits into, that you can turn, and they, in turn(get it?) turn another, larger screw. They're around the light, just play with them

There should a little handle on the top of the light that will adjust the up and down, the side to side should be ok from the factory. Find your self a dark wall and just turn the handle till they look lined up.

Do you mean the white knob on the corner?

I did it, its perfect now with PIAA super whites everywhere way, alot, so, much, very, umm umm better than the stock Romantic dinner lights they put.
Basically there is a nob on the corner of each headlight, just turn it left or right for the desired hight.
