Well I totaled my 97 glx. Motor and everything starts right up and not one thing leaks a drop. So I'm going to pull the motor and trans and put about 2,000 into it. Once that's done I need to find a shell and do the swap.
Heres my parts list:

OEM VAG Head Gasket Set with MK4 H/G, Late VR6 (OEM)

Figured id get some feedback and I'm open to any suggestions anyone might have.

Re: Head rebuild (Garbe316)

While the head is out I would find someone to do a good Port and Polish job and if you want to go the extra mile try for bigger valves.
