I own a passat b8 2016 se business with halogen reflectors and I changed the bulbs to
Led bulbs but I feel like even with the halogen the high beams. Was too low.. and I discovered that my low beams and high beams they adjust together .. so when my low beam are adjusted to the correct height the high beams are the same height and it’s not high enough as it should be .. is there plastic screws that adjusts the high beams separately ?

Probably not - they are usually adjusted together. If the low beams are adjusted correctly the high beams should be correct also - unless there is something wrong with the headlamps or the bulb installation.
