Headlight Front Removal

Alright... I custom made my Angel Eyes, and I'm going to install them (hopefully) today. I, however, have to remove the cover on the headlight casing. I'm told the best way to do this is to remove the headlight entirely (removing the bumper, and then taking the headlight out) and then stick it in the oven. I'll have to remove all the electrical stuff out of the headlight, but is there anything else I should look out for?
Is this the best way to do it? Anyone have any pointers or tips too? Thanks! http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
