HELP!! Airbag light on!

About 2 months ago I had the evaporator core replaced, which meant removing the dash, etc. Now the Airbag light is staying on. i think if it was related it would have happened sooner. Could it just be a sensor gone bad? Can the problem be fixed with a computer anaylisis? If you have any ideas please let me know. By the way, its a 97' w/ @90k miles.

No clue, but my battery was dead for bout a week a few months back, and the light has been on ever since.

You can always just take the led out, but it'll still be broken

If I was the only driver I'd do that, but my wife is 7 mos. pregnant, so I dont feel too good about leaving it broken.

Unplug it for a week or so- then plug it back in- I did this and it was gone. Not making any guarantees though

mines are on too.
OH WAIT.
mines went off. and it looked like my car was stolen for months till i got a momo steering wheel. hehehe.
i dislike air bags.

Chances are they just forgot to connect part of the airbag wiring harness. There are alot of plugs in there and they just overlooked one of them. When i removed my airbag steering wheel from my civic to put on a MOMO monte carlo the light stayed on. In my case i removed the bulb in the gauge cluster. Just take it back to whoever did the work and have them take a look.
