Judging by this, I'm assuming you don't speak/read Japanese? You might have a tough time in the Japanese auto industry if you don't have the language skills. However, pr0n is the international language!

I've checked VAULT, MONSTER, JOBS, and couldn't read YAHOO's Japanese site. The first 3 don't allow you international selections... as far as I could tell.
Any suggestions? I'm an auto engineer, but would be willing to do related stuff... like porn.
