I just had my brakepads changed today but the warning light for the front pads is lit... What could the problem be??? Thanks

Might be wired wrong. Personally, I just cut the wire to the sensor. I can look at my pads and see whether they are worn or not. That and I have Porsche calipers in the front.

Take the wires that came off the brakes and short them. (twist both bare wires together). Then tuck it away somewhere. THis will fool the ecu into htinking your brakes are fine.

Did you connect the brake wear indicator? Probably not if your brake light is on.
Just clip the factory sensor off the stock pads, splice the wires together, put some heat shrink wrap around the connection, plug in the sensor, zip tie it away somewhere and the light will go off. As stated, it fools your ECU into thinking that your brake wear indicator is fine.
