Help!!!! Brights for rear parking lights

Has anyone ever taken notice that many German cars the right rear parking light(red light) is usually brighter on the than the left. Does anyone know where you can locate brighter rear parking lights. looks cool and I think it may give better visibility in dark or foggy areas.
Any help appreciated.

how about for a golf III and is there any way to just replace one of the existing bulbs with somthing a little brighter?

why would you need brighter lights for the rear?? sounds like a complete waste to me, unless you drive around backwards all the time
