well, i got my set of 20th headlights and i want to clean them because it has some cloudy spots on the inside of the plastic, so the question that i have is that if i remove the plastic cover when i put it back, is it going to seal perfect or do i have to use any glue...
Is it hard to remove it?

Use windshield sealant. I have used it every time I joey mod a set of headlights and have had zero problems so far.

Any auto parts store carries it. Or just go to Home Depot. They have a whole isle of it.
