We're trying to determine what to add to our offerings of VWvortex logo products. We've already decided to add VWvortex logo T-shirts with just the logo in addition to the Mk 1 GTI shirts we have now. We'll also be adding license plate frames. Beyond that, we've come up with a few ideas based on what we've been asked for and a few other ideas. Please feel free to add any comments below. Images can also be found below.

I really like the Polo's either color would be great.

The bucket hat in black or blue with the same silver\white logo as the jacket would rock.
I would really like to be able to special order them and have my username on the items.
Jacket - Under the logo.
Baseball cap - along the side or on the back.
Polo - Along the sleeve just above the ribbing.
Last but definitely not least. Offer more than just one size!!! Even if it is by special order for the different sizes, I think people would be willing to wait for what they really want.

The Polo for sure. As mentioned above, either color would be great.
Just keep it simple, that is try to just use the VWVortex Logo only and keep it small.
Other items to consider that a lot of use could use and will purchase:
-Mugs
-Keychains
-Notepads w/ VW Vortex Letter head <----That would be cool!
-Lanyard
-Shorts (to match the Polo of course)
-Pens and Pencils

To Address a few issues:
License Plate Frames - We are going to do a black plastic with brushed silver lettering, molded Vortex logo on it, just like the Audiworld frame. Usernames would be very tough to do on that, because it would be silkscreened, and possibly repetative if you have your username on your plate. How would you suggest we put usernames on it affordably? We're talking a projected $5 for two frames, just like Audiworld. Next, should we put "The Volkswagen Enthusiast Website" at the top, or leave it blank so you can somehow put your username on yourself?
Bucket Hat - Do you prefer blue or black to white? I think we can get blue or black, but I'm not sure how to gauge this. I'm told there'll be a lot of demand for these, but we're on the fence. If you think we should have them, vote for them.
Fleece & Nylon Jacket - We're going to do a Special Order starting most likely tomorrow (will post above like other T-shirt listing) that will last until the Dec 10th. Users interested will prepay and we will ship by Christmas. This will include the fleece items, the nylon jacket and the golf shirts. Do not email me yet about it as I need to get everything ready. Keep an eye open for the ad up above like the one you saw for this survey.
Custom Username Embroidery - I'm not sure our shop has this capability to keep doing one offs. Generally there is a custom hat/embroidery place at the mall. Should you want your username on it, I'd guess that might be an alternative. I will see if our shop has that capability. If so, we could possibly do it, but I make no promises and the costs will probably go up.

my suggestion is making flexfit hats. Make them so there is a VWvortex logo on the front, and then a vwvortex.com logo on the back, I found a site that produces them, with embroidery, for very good prices, http://www.wearables4u.com/headwear/6277.asp

How about t-shirts with each style of car on the back. Like the MK1 GTI? I know we have some really good artists on the forum, have them do some designs of each type of car. That way each forum can have its own unique representation...

I really dig the Fleece Pullover idea or the zip Fleece.
You could REALLY do good by the ladies and get some BABYDOLL T-SHIRTS. Com'on... pleeeeeeeeeeeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Don't do the kiddie T's.. I swear those just smoosh boobies.
I also am down for the license plate frames.. good going.

with the plate frames, just put vwvortex on them. if it gets too flashy, nobody will want them. ppl in here like to make things their own, and that would give them the chance to put their names on it, or like me, leave it blank. Liscense plate frames. Tastefully done, of course! Sorry, the clothing stuff doesn't do anything for me. Frames will also make it easier to spot a fellow Vortexer's ride.
