Help!!! Hatch panel question

Fellas, i hope someone can answer this question. after getting hit, my hatch panel is destroyed and I need a replacement. The insurance company stills owes me money for the smoked rear wiper motor and I am purchasing a new hatch panel. What I want to know is, which Golfs had hatches without a rear wiper as that will save me the trouble of shaving it. part numbers would be most gracious, but if you just know what particular model and year these hatches would be from, that will work as well.
