I'm pretty sure it's the one on the passenger side, right next to the edge of the splashgaurd. If it matters it's a VR6. Where the heck is the coolant drain plug. I read in the manual where it was, but I'll be darned if I see it. I don't want to start pulling random hoses here. Thanks guys, don't laugh too hard.

When i drain my coolant, i take off the hose located on the lower driver side rather than taking out the drain plug , this way i don't have to replace the o-ring.

OK, pulled the hose of the passenger side, fluid came out but not too much. WTF did I do????? If it is the coolant hose, how do I get the rest of the coolant out. If it's not the right hose, what did I drain???? HELP!!!!

What color was the fluid , it should be a greenish/blue. What does it taste like, it should be sweet. You should un-clamp the hose on the driver side (its about 1 1/2" in diameter) The lower one is the one you want to take off. It's a PITA to get to , use some long nose pliers.
Also take the cap off the expansion tank. It'll help the used coolant flow out better. Try squeezing the top hoses too.
