Re: Help me finish my FMIC (john stephenson)

IDEA: Get a new bumper, don't cut this one. Convert to single rounds or rallyes, something that eliminates the inner lights. Make some brackets that shove back your radiator 6-8 inches or so, depending on how thick your IC is. With newfound space, place IC directly behind grille and in front of your radiator. Replace grille. No ugly cutouts in your bumper and you've now got a sleeper FMIC.

like this: this is on a rado but I can snap some pics of it on my ride later on today if you want.

Re: Help me finish my FMIC (Weaver)

I would go with a single round setup on the headlights/grill, get a stock big bumper and don't cut it out. Just remove the factory grill piece in the big bumper and maybe install a mesh grill. Just my $.02

Re: Help me finish my FMIC (Weaver)

Yeah, definitely some pics my way Weav...http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
I wanted to keep small bumpers, but have been told I can't put the FMIC in without big bumpers. BS I SAY! I want the stealth, factory look my car came with. Please send me some pics of under the hood and without your grill, if possible. MANY THANKS WEAV.
