hey guys does anyone out there have an ipod cable from the blitzsafe adapter unit??
My cable split and exposed wires by the plug that goes into the ipod and now I'm left with a useless cable that Enfig wants 25$ for.
I'm not about to pay 25 bucks for an off the shelf cable that should cost a few bucks.
If anyone out there has one of these PM me or post up. pleaseeee

Take it apart & re-wire it. Should take minutes with a soldering iron & some heat-shrink.

some of the wires are severed on the inside and I just don't feel like repairing, I have no problem buying a new one, but 25 bucks for a cable? The entire unit only cost 70 bucks new. I dunno, how would I go about fixing the severed wires? just solder and rewrap??

alright I'll give it a shot, I know i have a soldering gun, and my buddy's got some shrink tube from working on his guitar amps. I'll have to give him a call.

Wost case scenario you still have to get a new cable, in which case you aren't any worse off than you are now.
