okay i recently purchased some OEM .:R32 headlights in the classifieds and one of the mounting tabs (lower passenger inside) on the lights is busted, im guessing it broke during shipping..
question is how hard and/or what is involved in swapping out the reflector portion w/guts of the light with a different back black housing..? i bought these mainly because they have fogs and i dont, and i am currently in the middle of joey modding them as we speak..if i swap them out with my housing on my car, will everything be compatible even though i dont have fogs on those lights?
pretty much just need to know how do go about doing this - need some help, thanks..

Yes the guts from the new lights will fit no problem in your old housings. But.....you can mount them no problem with one tab missing.

The dealer and ECS tuning sell tab repair kits for around 15 bucks.

But I think the repair kits are just for the top mounting tabs - the bottom ones are pretty hard to break!
