Help quick! Flushing coolant system

My coolant system is completley empty and i need to put flush in it and water to clean it out good.
I dont see any Radiator Cap or anything else except the bubble coolant holder.
I allready put my flush in to it and a little water but it filled up quickly so im guessing it isnt flowing down to the engine.
How do i get it to run through the radiator and the engine?
turn it on?

make an "open fist" around the hole in the bottle and blow into it to force the water through. ( I belive thats how my buddy did it)

OKAY thats not working for me.
Are there any other less complicated ways to do this?

You could fill it through the upper radiator hose....
Disconnect it and pour the water in.
Also once you start the engine it'll suck the water right out of the tank...
