Where is a safe place to position a trolley jack on the outer side (near the wheel) of the control arm?

Hey I know I only posted this a half hour ago, but I'm in the middle of working on it... Plus I need to finish up because I might be called to work in a little while...
Anyone know?

i usually put mine on the little ridge that is under the side molding a few inches ahead/behind the wheel

Yeah so do I, but this time I need to lift the wheel with the car. My trolley can't lift the car high enough from the frame rail to get the wheel up enough too.

Huh?? what the hell are you using to lift it? My friend have a big floor jack that i used, but the one in your trunk should get the job done...if not then i guess it means you'd better get your car lowered, son

Haha, no... It will get the wheel off the ground just fine... But I need the wheel about 7 inches off the ground. My trolley only has a 15-16 in lift. When car lifts by the frame, the suspension unloads and the wheel drops down. I can only get the wheel up a couple of inches then.

I put it under the metal cover that holds the front engine mount on my VR...once it is raised I put some jack stand under the front beam and then take the jack down....
