Help seat belt fuse

Hello, I'm new to the forum so bare with me. I just bought a 92 Passat GL and I'm having a problem with the front passenger side door. I think there is a short some where in the door because the seatbelt doesn't work and the window doesn't work either. I also have a problem with the battery dying and I thinks it's due to the short. Is it possible to pull a fuse for the seatbelt?
