I think there was a thread about this a couple days ago. It has something to do with taking off a cover and cutting and connecting some wires. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Couldn't find anything with Search(no surprise, really) for 'seatbelt'....

take the trim off from around the seatbelt latch on the door, find those two brown ground wires, and connect 'em

edit: 5:00 can't come soon enough....

I dont want to sound like a poopy head , oh well, here goes
you could make an anti theft switch with the 2 seat belt wires, connect them to a switch, that way, the car only works with the seitch on, and i doubt a robber dude would be that smart , cuz i sure arent
