Help...which Vortexer owns this car?

I don't have a picture, but its a popular one...
Gorgeous red 89 16v GTi, small bumpers, OZ F1 Cups. The pic I always see is the front driver 3/4 shot, parked on some grass on the side of the road. Anyone familiar with this??? I think the owner is from Kentucky? I'm looking for the picture, its an excellent illustration of small bumpers and 16v lower spoiler.

edit: I had no idea those were 18" wheels and never thought to look at that thread

They're not. They are 17s.
