you might need to do a throttle body relearn since you had your battery disconnected. My car did the same bogging out thing. Disconnect the battery for 15 minutes or so, reconnect it.
Turn the key to the acc spot so your dash lights come on,
Leave it there for like 3 minutes, close hood and drive
