i didnt fix them yet. i just did a little research and it sounds like the first step is to repleace the plugs. it was a common problem and some people said that there is somthing at the dealer that can fix it?
some of the threads were really long so i didnt read them all. i will when i get a chance sometime.
thanks again man for the reading

Only dealer fix that is in a recall for your car is the WG recall.
AKA coilpacks. If you have already had it done you need to look
elsewhere for the misfire. IE bad injector or sticky valves maybe even cheap gas. I know you all put 91 octane in your tank every time right?

Have you had all your services done?
What kind of mileage do you currently have?
Reason I ask is there are solutions for injectors and valve issues
that are pretty inexpensive.
OH.. and the throttle position sensor is most likely the throttle pedal. It has a potentiometer on it so it can tell how far down your lead foot has it.
and adjust fuel trim accordingly.
The wiring to the sensor may be bad or the sensor itself may need to be replaced. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

i have replaced the pedal sensor and that stopped most of the surging
I have tested the wire and the ecu and check engine light went out but the
car has switched back and forth between the two modes ,limp and regular, at
the worst times.
Also, i had my vin ran at moutain states motors dealership and they said
that i didnt have any recalls with my maf, coil packs or plastic window
mounts..so if you have any other suggestions just let me know
PLus, i replaced the negative battery cable, the battery ( now i have an
Optima battery ), new NGK spark plugs rated a 7E for the chipped turbo...
This car is my daily driver and i can barely get up the hill to my day care
lady. today i had it in first gear with the pedal to the floor and i barely
got up the hill...what a pain in the butt..but i will see what happens
tomorrow with the acceleration..

btw Huevon:
Window regulators, MAF are not recalls.. they are warranty.
Odds are it is the MAF and some glitch with your Pedal Sensor.
I will talk to you via phone tomorrow.
