When I step on the gas, I feel a vibration, When I turn, the vibration exist, if I coast, and go over a bump, I hear another noise, not the same exact one.
I have a techtonics cat back, could this be rubbing?

It is probably rubbing against the heat shields under the car. It sounds like you don't have a jack and 4 jackstands to get the car up and adjust it, so I would take it to a muffler shop and have them adjust it

tried adjusting it many of times, got any pointers as to which way, etc... ? Obviously my ways didn't work
