I saw a blue Mk2 Jetta on Ridings Way lowered has a heckelbend and teardrops. Any body know this guy?

nah it might have a euro plate

i have only look at it from the back in passing. Its lowered on deardrops not too many in this area that i have seen. And thats only like 5 in last two months
