I took my mk3 car that used to look like this and raised it up one inch and removed the vr lip.

I god rid of my H&R garbage low suspension and put a Shine Racing kit on it. The car is a daily and so much more fun blasting around corners, not rubbing, and not worrying about ripping off the oil pan.
Enjoy the real performance car, and use the VW what it was ment for, normal driving!
