Hey everybody. This is my first time posting at this site, and I really like it so far. I have a black 1995 Volkswagen GTI 2.0. I bought it a few months ago, and it already most of its mods on it, and its a 5 speed. I'm kinda a VW newbie here, so bear with me. I'm also into fish and games (w00t for Battlefield 1942 and Command & Conquer!), and of course cars.
Here is my cardomain page for it, I'm not sure If I post the pictures again here, so I will just put this link for now....

The Black housing headlights on the car are DIY, me and my friend did them a few weeks ago as the first official mod to the car (well painting the front VW symbol black was the first). And does anyone know why my Golf has Jetta Headlights and grill??? Ive never seen any other Golf with these lights on the road, only online, and even then I've only seen like two. Was it an option for that year? Or do you think the guy who had it before me swapped them?

Welcome to the Vortex
As far as having a Jetta front end, most likely the guy who owned the Dub before you did a front end conversion.......so now you own a 1995 JTi 2.0L http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

I just noticed this. If I get the dual round headlights for the golf, will I have to buy a new hood? The Jetta hood is flat accross the front, but the Golf's has curves where the headlights go.

Man keep the Jetta front end.

I can be done....and has quite a bit around here. You would need to get a Golf Grille.....and a hood extention, for the gap that will show at the top. I think Strictly Foreign sells the set up.....just a heads up though...SF has some of the cruddiest customer service and fitment issues around...not to mention some pretty lame styling gets churned out by those dudes....but I have heard that this set up is decent though....
