My engine is 9a with EURO k jet FD and KR ignition ecu and auxilary air valve instead ISV. Whem mixture is lean rev is 1200, but when normal rich is about 2000rpm. I have blocked AAV, but hot engine idle is 2000rpm. I tried to adjust (close AAV hole), but revs didn't decrease. Also I tried to retard ignition, idle is still 2000rpm.

Engine idle is controlled by how much air is taken in. You got a large air leak. Throttle may not be fully closed, idle screw not closed, and a large vacuum leak. Don't forget to check the brake booster for vacuum leaks.

Butcher's got it

My 9a requires the idle adjuster to be closed fully, the ISV controls all . Use WD40 or other at all connections to find the leak at idle. How old are the injector seals? I'd start there.
