Quirks? Rattles? Sand noise? What the heck are you all talking about?
I have nary a rattle - unless I have too much junk in the car and it crashes together. Steering wheel turns smoothly and silently. Relays? Fine. Cranking? It starts instantly. Wind noise? Lifting inside rear wheel I'd do I guess, if there were any corners in Indiana... No, my car has over 120,000 miles on it (just turned 123,456 the other day), and it's as smooth, quiet, and perfectly adjusted as ever.
OK, so here's the one quirk the poll is missing:
One of my windows doesn't work. @#$%&*! regulators.

and that it cost extra not to have it... dose anyone have lights on the mirrors in the visors?

whoever put 3 wheel motion into a corner too fast as a quirk is very confused hahahaha
a quirk would be something that doesnt make a whole...and distracts or irritates someone in a specific manor.. if you dont like getting on three wheels.... dont buy a vw hahahahahahhaaa.....getting the rear inside wheel is not something many cars can do....sure people can get the front inside wheel to come up in a rwd ...or awd car.....but the rear inside wheel....when you are getting on three wheels in that moment of inertia through the corner... you have reached the lateral momentum of your suspension/tires/rims.....hence you have pushed it to the limit of what your grip and suspension can do....im not saying you cant push harder when you are on three wheels...but you have done something that is unique....(and im not taking about getting on three wheels in the local parking lot by pulling the steering wheel sharp hahahaha and poping up on three wheels..)
i just wanted to state that after reading the list.
....my quirk about my vw is the damn air pockets...when this happens i crack my moonroof open a bit...but still i hate that the most ....damn air pockets!!
