Hoefle Grill Install

Alright guys and girls, i got in my Hoefle grill today, and thought it would be a 5 minute install, but i cant figure out how to make the grill hold down. Do you have to use the backing somehow off the OEM grill? There was no bolts or anything with the grill and i cant read german for the instructions.
