i bought my car a week ago. tested everything but the horn. turns out it was disconnected behind the steering wheel. so im asking how to remove the horn button, center of steering wheel. my car is a 2001 jetta wolfsburg. i guess there is an airbag somewhere in the steering wheel and i dont want to set this off. any help would be great. thanks. sorry if this is a really stupid question, but i dont want to screw anything up.

Disconnect the battery for 30+ minutes take the positive cable and negative and touch them together only AFTER they are disconnected from the battery. This will release the majority of the remaining charge left in the system. Then proceed with the directions from the DIY
