You have to lose the creature comforts to lose weight unforutnately. You can make supports to hold the bumper where the rebars used to be. You can take the impact beams outta the doors, take the rear wiper out, plug the hole, pull allthe pannels off and rid all the insulation. All that should save you 400lbs without having to rid any of the serious stuff like glass and cutting metal out of the car

For a driver you'll have to be careful what you remove. All of the structural parts removed have trade offs for either rigidity, or safety. If it's an off road car, you'll need a cage, and won't have to worry about all of the safety items you take out, but for a driver some of those things you remove aren't worth the potential consequences. Hopefully none of us will ever need the benefits of the bumper supports, or door beams, but poop does happen.
Just my opinion.

hey , i was quiting the front bumper and see that if i quit the bumper support can't put back the bumper, because there is nothin for hold it. On that case, how hold i the front bumper?

Go on a diet... lose the girlfriend.. take the 6-pack out of the trunk...
No, really, take the back setas out, and if you are anti-social you can take the passenger seat out too... remove the spare (but make sure you carry a can of fix-flat), travel with 1/4 gas tank all the time... This is the simplest / cheapest way to lose some weight with out worrying about structural integrity in a crash.
(That's what I do), except I kept both front seats in.
Good luck!

I think the stock seats are around 50 LBS.... I know some lightweight racing seats that are as light as 15 LBS
Lightweight forged wheells (a pound lost here is like 10 pounds lost
elsewhere!)
Lightweight brake rotors
Smaller (Lighter!) battery
Carbon fiber hoods
Lexan window inserts
Remove Sunroof
