Well I looked at it. They are original Audi V-8 rims, made by BBS 5 x 112 boltpattern. It says there is no curb rash, but the black centres have been painted once before. The bidding price is per wheel, i.e. x 4 for the set. You are betting in Euro dollars, which, right now is on par with your US dollar. It's up to you what you want to do. I can help you with the translation but, it's a bit risky if you ask me.
