You can use Mothers Back to Black, or dye it out with Forever Black

I also have this problem, but the wax is around my rear window of my golf, on the passenger side. It is on the paint, not trim. Will peanut butter still work?

If its onthe paint get na bottle of quick detailer and a terry towel and just wipe it off, it wouldnt be that stubborn.

If it has silicon in it, don't use it on your trim, it will leave black streaks down the paint, and a real pain to get off.

peanut butter for plastic trim pieces, i apply using fingers and lots of rubbing, it will also restore it to a deep dark shine,
if wax has been left on paint and you cant wipe it off then simply use a paint cleaner to remove it, then wax it again, just wipe it all off
