ok I have a 96 gti and I have already put a good bit of work into it and I have to decieded to finally break down and do a vr6 swap. Now I know "it would be cheaper to just by a new car" but I already have a lot invested into this one so...anyways. I am getting ready to swap a VR in but I want to keep the 4 lug setup (to keep my my wheels). I know this is possible but I kust don't know how to do it. Could someone pust up a list of parts needed and a quick run through of how it works? I have sourced a motor and trans. what else do I need besides ecu and stuff? Also isn't it cheaper to keep the 4-lug setup? if so by about how much? thanks
