How do the door pins come off?

I'm trying to swap mine for billet aluminum ones...but i don't want to screw these old ones up if i don't have to. There has got to be an easy way, I just don't want to break anything...thanks...

thanks...that's what i was doing...they just didn't want to come off to easy...but all is good now...
