Use the following code:
[*img]Internet address of your picture[/img]
For Example
[*img]http://www.sit.wisc.edu/~jcole/jeremy/pics/rally/mgill_94.jpg[/img]
Ignore the *, it is only there so that I can show you the code without the picture coming up instead. Check out the Help Forum for any additional information. There is also a Test Forum where you can mess around before you start posting.

You also need to sign up with a picture hosting web-site as well. www.webshots.com works nicely.
