how does I remove the panel under the fuse-panel?

I've unscrewed the 3 screws that is under the steering-wheel and also pulled out the "white-clips thing" but something is stuck approx in the middle just above the middle torx screw... and I can't get it out! going to do line up a new power cable for my ICE!
But the

is totally stuck.. and I don't want to break anything!

If I remember correctly, I pushed the panel in first towards the white clip, then pulled it out. I think there is a clip you can't see.
Its been a while, I installed my system the day after I got my car. (2 years ago on Friday.)

If its what I think you mean, theres a built-in spring clip. Once the screws are out, just pull down on the panel gently & it should release.
