Covered yesterday... search.

Me... 3... none my fault.
I rear end... 2 side swips.
2 totaled cars. One was hit repaired and then hit again.

0 been driving for 3 years though. never been pulled over either. i go fast where and when its appropriate

lets see... including major and minor accidents...
4 with other people. one with the side of my garage (new driver, i made a mistake)
2 of which were very serious but in the same car.
first was in 1990. my dad was driving and we were hit head on by some guy in our 3 year old Mercedes-Benz 300E. it was fixed though and it lasted all the way to June 2001 when i was t-boned by a drunk driver. both times my life was saved by the same car. beautiful car.

Yeah i know what you mean. I slammed into a van going 60 km/h and people thought we were dead. I busted a rim and cracked the rotor!! The LF fender took the hit. Funny thing was the hood could have been taken right off the car it wasnt even damaged. None was hurt. I have some pics. somewhere

2 times rear ended at stoplights
1 head-on in a suicide lane, I was stopped waiting to make a turn
1 Blockbuster Video parking lot incident, guy backed into me
1 Drove my pride and joy (68 Merc Cougar) off the road at a high rate of speed. I was very stupid and very lucky.

I've gotten one minor one that we said nothing big, so no cops. Then I was in 2 other accidents as a passenger. Oh yeah and I caused one on a drunken night along time ago with a parked car. I hope he forgives me!

Anyone remember me pissing and moaning over the Three I got into in 3 months?!?
Two in October and one in December of 01'
First one is STILL under Investigation after I hit an 86 year old in a buick century when she cut me off. I'm still pissed.
Second one happened two days after the first accident in a rental car. 20 yr old girl (very beautiful I'd like to add) hit me from behind at a set of lights.
Third one happened New years eve. Girl t-boned the my KIA at an intersection. She was on her cell phone...(no comment)

2001 has, so far, been the worst year of my life. I hope 02' will be a smiggin' better. (If you dished out $3000 total in sales tax and deductables you'd have a bad year too)

Three in 35 years of driving. One was my fault. All three occurred with my first five years behind the wheel.

Two with other vehicles. One was the recent episode when I got T-boned, the other happened the first year I was driving. Minor fender bender that cost me most of my wages from my first summer job.

A while back I also gently tapped the rear end of an Accent, but there was no damage other than minor scuff marks and the other driver and I agreed to forget it ever happened.
I once put my dad's Taurus in the ditch. No damage, but the oil pan got busted when we towed the car out with a GMC K2500 diesel truck.

I have been a passanger in 3, all under 1000$ damage.
I have never had an accident in my own car.
I have avoided more than I can count that would have been other people fault.
Accidents suck, they really aren't worth it if you think about it....duh
Generally speaking, very easy to avoid. Pay attention to everyone at all times. never follow too close. Leave a way around any car near you. Sounds like a bunch of DMV crap, but it works.
