well, the stock FPR is 3 bar. Haven't done a gauge yet. FWIW, I am still running the 3 bar FPR.

i need to know if I tap my line going into the fuel rail....How much PSI will be there?

with no vac attached it should be 3bar, Eg about 44psi. figure 5-8psi less with vac. What line are you trying to tap into the fuel rail?

That assumes the regulator is 1:1 boost referenced. Actual pressure at the injectors must be reduced by level of boost present in the intake manifold........10lbs of boost in intake manifold reduces actual pressure by approximately the same amount.......
