The mount is pretty cheap (under $25) but replacing the mount can be a nasty nasty job. Removing the old mount can be a HUGE pain. The bolt tends to freeze inside the mount completely destroying what's left of the rubber when you try to turn the bolt. If this happens, you need to cut the bolt, your best bet here is probably a reciprocating saw. Then that you need to remove the 4 bolts that hold the mount to the block, IIRC you need to remove the timing belt to do this so, you may as well take this opportunity to replace the belt. The old mount is then pressed or cut out of the bracket and the new one pressed in. BTW, Techonics sells a mount already installed in the bracket, it's a heavy duty mount and costs $65.00. If you get this far, the rest of the installation is a piece of cake.
