What do u need to get golf IV headlights on a Jetta III? is it similar or exactly like getting golf III headlights on a jetta III? do i need a golf IV hood and grill??????

you could go 2 ways...1 way would be to get the golf hood and grille...like so:

the other would be to get a golf grille and keep the jetta hood but also add a grille spoiler to fill the gap as shown here:

they are the same for installing the golf IV "look" ones. the actual golf IV ones are rounded and you would need the front end off of a new cabrio. not sure if thats relevant, but the actual golf IV lights are more rounded

like Verruckt said, get the ones from potterman. http://www.nopi.com sells them for a hair over 200 but you dont get any brackets or wiring harnesses that you should have to install them. if youre real good with making your own stuff, go here: http://www.pocketrocket.on.ca/headlight.htm
and make your own brackets and wiring. if youre new at this stuff or dont want to take a chance on making your own stuff, get it from potterman. he'll include detailed instructions as well as the brackets and wiring harness

just the same check out that link. itll help you out with the install which in itself, really isnt too hard. good luck. IM me if you need any more help.
