I have a bungie cord hooked between the two tiedowns right behind the back seat. It stretches all the way across so I can put boxes between it and the back seat, holds stuff pretty well.

I keep a milk crate between the two tie downs on the rear bumper, I just hook the bungie on one ring, run it through the holes on the Milk crate and and hook it back onto the the other tie down

I have 2 mid-sized rectangular containers from "Hold Everything" (what an OCD store) bungee'd to the tie downs.
I also have a Target-purchased cargo organizer across the front of those containers. It's retention lines are hooked to the seatback clips.
