I have the opportunity to buy a TT cat back exhaust for next to nothing. How well will it fit, and how will it differ from the stock exhaust in sound and performance?

It is the exhaust off of a friend's Audi TT. I was wondering if it will fit b/c it is built on the same platform as the Jetta. Isnt it?

still wont fit. Its like how a jetta exhaust wont fit a gti.

It won't fit. the money you would have to spend to modify it would be best spent buying a system designed for your car. How much are you getting it for?

He donated the exhaust to the local Audi club, and I am getting it for $100. What part wont fit? The muffler or the pipe between the cat and the muffler? Has anybody bought the exhaust from Driver Gear? Looks like a Remus, but the liar...I mean parts manager said that it was a "proprietary" design made especially for my engine.

Anybody have any experience with it??
