HPA Motorsports would like to introduce the new stealth look competition haldex controller.
It is still the same performance enhancing controller on the inside with a new stealth look on the outside.
Upon closer inspection you will notice the machined Haldex logo with our new engraved competition logo.

For those of you that are unfamiliar with this upgrade, the Haldex monitors throttle input, ABS wheel speed sensors, steering angle, etc to anticipate and distribute torque transfer from the engine to the driveline.
Our specially prepared Haldex control units are able to alter the time in which the system reacts to these dynamic changes and how it reacts to them; creating more favourable or aggressive handling characteristics.
The advantage of this HPP upgrade is its ability to predict the onset of torque. As power is increased, more power lock occurs in the RWD unit until full lock is achieved. To summarize, the new HPP is more aggressive with how it transfers power and does so much more proactively than the OEM system. This is ideal for autocross, road racing, and street driving as well as enhancements to poor weather driving.
The Haldex controllers are in stock and generally ship the day of purchase.
Buy yours today for only $999.00 USD + $50.00 expedited shipping anywhere in the continental US!

So is this a 'subdued' oHPP? Can't see the pics at work.

Exactly the same performance as the Orange Competition controller, just with a subtle look - no longer painted orange; but will be specially engraved for identification.

Doesnt it sorta loose the stealth factor with "competition" engraved into it?

That cracks me up as much as the original thought behind building the thing

I could see how someone who would know what a modified Haldex controller is at a track inspection would put you into a different class possibly, , but this would possibly be overlooked. But that's cheating.

Or, for the discriminating enthusiast who wants near stock looks with high performance, um, performance.

So what you're saying is, you can yank your eyeballs out of their sockets and shove them up there to read the engraved "Competition" logo? Gross.

I have had one of these for a year

I've had a stealth, unpainted, upgraded Haldex ECU for over three.
